Lou Ann has helped several large developers market their subdivisions and homes throughout the Iowa City area. Organization is the key to construction. Together with manyl different builders Lou Ann has helped the homebuyers see it through to the end result, step-by-step. Lou Ann has also served as a Director with the Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association.
 Mike Hodge of Hodge Construction grew up in the family business before beginning his own company in 1981. He has worked in residential building including single family and multi family, as well as commercial properties. Creekside, Southwest Estates, Spring Valley and Willowcreek are just a few of the many subdivisions he has helped develop. He has been involved with Habitat for Humanity, the Homebuilders Association, the Board of Directors for Hills Bank, the Board of Directors for Oaknoll Retirement Residence and the First United Methodist Church Board of Trustees. Mike and his wife Julie have 4 children.
